Komes Imperial Stout is a strong, essential and complex, dark top-fermenting beer. A speciality appreciated by beer drinkers all over the world. The pronounced roasted notes, characteristic of this style, come from roasted barley. Coffee, chocolate and dried plum notes are balanced by pronounced bitterness. The addition of rye malt enhances the body and velvetiness of the Imperial Stout.
In the enriched recipe, we have increased the extract of the beer – for an even fuller flavour.
We brew our beer unhurriedly, taking a lot of time and care – enjoy it in the same way, slowly discovering the richness of its flavour.
