Komes Porter Bałtycki Płatki dębowe is a dark bottom-fermenting beer that owes its complex and rich profile to roasted malts and storing with flakes of French oak. The beer’s aroma and flavour combine chocolate and coffee notes with noble woody highlights.
The oak flakes are made from noble varieties of French oak used by coopers. Added during the storage phase, they give Baltic Porter its unique character.
We brew our beer unhurriedly, taking a lot of time and care – enjoy it in the same way, slowly discovering the richness of its flavour.

Ingredients: water, barley malt: Pilsner, roasted, caramel, barley malt extract, oak flakes, bittering variety hops, yeast.
