Komes Porter Bałtycki Sherry Oloroso is a limited edition of our medal-winning Baltic Porter. This time, the beer was aged for months with flakes from an Oloroso sherry cask – one of the varieties of the famous fortified wine from the Spanish region of Jerez.
Flakes from a sweet sherry cask give the beer not only woody and vanilla accents, but above all hints of wine and a delicate fruity bouquet with cherry at the forefront.
We brew our beer unhurriedly, taking a lot of time and care – enjoy it in the same way, slowly discovering the richness of its flavour.
A beer with a very complex flavour and rich aroma that will change over time before tasted.
Dark, strong, bottom-fermenting beer. Pasteurised.
Ingredients: Pilsner and roasted barley malt, barley malt extract, Sherry Oloroso cask flakes, bittering variety hops, yeast.
