Komes Raspberry Porter is a dark, bottom-fermenting beer brewed with fruit juice and stored with Madagascar “Bourbon” vanilla and Indian chilli peppers. The aroma and flavour have chocolate notes and the sweetness of raspberry and vanilla broken by the spiciness of chilli peppers.
The addition of adding raspberry juice and storing with exotic additives gives Porter Bałtycki a new dimension.
We brew our beer unhurriedly, taking a lot of time and care – enjoy it in the same way, slowly discovering the richness of its flavour.
A beer with a very complex flavour and rich aroma that will change over time before tasted.
Dark strong beer, bottom –fermented, with juice added. Pasteurised.
Ingredients: water, barley malt: Pilsner and roasted, barley malt extract, concentrated fruit juice 1.4% (apple juice, raspberry juice), sugar, bittering variety hops, vanilla, chilli, yeast.
